Shipping /Transporation
SBOL relies on FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship all orders. However, we will honor our customers request to rely on a different method for shipping. Customer can give instructions on how their order should be shipped. When sbolelectronics.com ship your order to a designated location and the customer ask the shipping company to reroute the order to a second address, the requesting customer must pay the rerouting charge.
Return Policy
SBOL proudly stands behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will refund the total sales amount, less the original shipping charges. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box with all original packaging material, manuals, and any accessories that came with the item.
Note: If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer's defect or damage that occurred during shipment, please email us at info@sbolelectronics.com before you ship the item. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies—i.e., missing items in your order—must be submitted within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by email or telephone. We will not be responsible for refunding the item if we are not notified within the 3 business days.
If the return is a result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund, including shipping costs.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or are returned to us without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping costs.
For camcorders, digital cameras, computers, and portable audio/video devices, there is a 14-day return policy. All other above conditions apply.
Exchange Policy
Due to our changing inventory, we cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want.
How to Return an Item
1.Packing your returnPlace the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts, and accessories. Wrap them carefully in a box with a copy of your order from and return form.
2.If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship your return to us via UPS or FEDEX in order to ensure proper tracking of the product.
3.Receipt of your items.
We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund—in the same form of payment originally used for purchase—within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return

Returns
Please allow 7 to 14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. For orders paid by electronic check, we will mail a refund check via First Class Mail within 7 to 14 business days. This time does not include the time it takes for the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time involved to process a claim.
